Sales Manager - Monte-Carlo
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with visa sponsorship if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain and expand current client base through excellent customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure success
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if needed
