Sales Manager - Monte-Carlo, Monaco



We are searching for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure maximum performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and build relationships with potential clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed business decisions
- Experience in the luxury goods industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. Accommodation will not be provided.
