Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of land. You will use specialized equipment and tools to measure and record precise data, create maps and reports, and provide recommendations for land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary surveys to determine property lines and legal boundaries
- Use GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment to collect accurate data
- Create maps and reports based on collected data
- Analyze data to identify potential issues or constraints for land development projects
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
- Provide recommendations for optimal placement of roads, buildings, utilities, etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in surveying practices
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and update as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using CAD software for mapping and drafting
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

This position is suitable for men who have their own visa. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$. The job location is Al-Rayyan but applicants from all nationalities are welcome. Preference will be given to Malayalees who are fluent in English.
