Job Title: Indian Cuisine Chef


A high-end restaurant in Medina is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and overseeing the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menu items based on current trends and customer preferences
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes using authentic techniques and ingredients
- Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new dishes or menus for special events or promotions
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (accommodation provided)
