We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various projects. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented accurately
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Monaco residents
