Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish. This position requires a strong understanding of architecture principles and design concepts, as well as proficiency in various design software. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create architectural designs for residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate it into the design
- Utilize various design software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to the design
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Creative eye for detail and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
900$ monthly salary plus benefits such as accommodation. This position is open to Indian nationals with a biometric passport. English language proficiency is not required but preferred. Candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
