Hotel Sales Manager - Malindi, Kenya

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, creating sales plans, and monitoring sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales, be proficient in English, and preferably be of Indian nationality with own visa.

Salary: $1600 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred with valid visa

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all reservations are confirmed accurately according to guest requirements
