Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Bungoma. Your main goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure all aspects of the project are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bungoma (Indian nationals preferred)
