Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and procedures, as well as designing and implementing new systems to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency
- Design, test, and implement new computer systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments
- Train staff on how to effectively use new systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend updates or upgrades when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and databases
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport for travel purposes

Salary: $1200/month (without accommodation)
