We are hiring a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Oslo. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models for our company's projects. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and design solutions that utilize cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various projects.
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify the most appropriate data sources and features for training models.
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms into production systems.
- Utilize best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in machine learning and incorporate them into our projects.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their applications in business problems.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who do not have their own visa. This job is open to all nationalities.
