We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing team in Oslo. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums and communities to ensure they adhere to our company's guidelines and policies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and controversial topics with tact and diplomacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position is open to all nationalities, but relocation or accommodation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and communities for any violations of company guidelines
- Moderate content posted by users, ensuring it aligns with company policies
- Respond promptly to any user inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving user engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online community management
- Report any issues or concerns to management as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a moderator or community manager
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and diplomacy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
