Senior Architect - Entry Level (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and driven Senior Architect to join our team in La-Condamine. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level architect looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to develop architectural plans, designs, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and models
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns or questions
- Research new materials, technologies, and trends to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Must be able to work legally in La-Condamine without visa sponsorship
