Senior Architect


We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in La Condamine. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the entire architectural process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
