We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a traditional restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes that will delight our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and meets the expectations of our customers
- Create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency in food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with fluency in English
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
