Head Chef


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Izhevsk. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Your creativity and expertise in culinary arts will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality dishes are served to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain records of food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen productivity
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts preferred but not required
