Architecture Manager
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco (Preference for local or EU citizens)
Salary: 1700$


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our architectural projects in Fonvieille. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution
- Review project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
