Shaper - Furniture Maker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Nairobi. As a Furniture Maker, you will be responsible for shaping and forming wood and other materials to create high-quality furniture pieces. Your main duties will include using various hand and power tools, reading blueprints or design plans, and ensuring precise measurements and cuts. You will also be responsible for sanding, staining, and finishing furniture pieces to achieve a professional look.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in furniture making is preferred but not required. As our company caters to both Indian and foreign clients, knowledge of different styles of furniture making from various cultures is a plus.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, without accommodation provided. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for foreign applicants.
