Teamlead (Indians Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
