We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our fast-paced and popular restaurant in Sharjah, UAE. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising front-of-house staff
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Create schedules for staff and manage labor costs effectively
- Control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses to ensure profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company policies and updates

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is an advantage

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

The restaurant is located in Sharjah, UAE.

Work Schedule:
This is a seasonal job without experience required. The working hours will vary depending on the needs of the business.
