Job Title: Equipment Operator for Construction Company in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are a construction company based in Beer-Sheva, Israel seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist with construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Must be able to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or equivalent training
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Bilingual (Hebrew/English) communication skills
