Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and collect data on the shape, contour, location, and elevation of land. You will also be responsible for creating maps and reports based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collect data on the physical characteristics of land including its location, size, shape, contours, and elevation
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports
- Identify property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land
- Communicate with clients or government agencies to understand project requirements
- Work with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure accuracy in survey results
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and reports
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculations related to surveying
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Muscat, Oman (Preference for Indian nationals)
