The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the company's network and computer systems. This includes managing hardware and software installations, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in networking and system administration, as well as strong problem-solving skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot any network or system issues that arise
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Maintain backups of critical data and perform data recovery when necessary
- Install new software or updates as needed
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in network administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to provide technical support to non-technical employees
