We are a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company based in Oslo, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our network and computer systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and provide technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Install and maintain server operating systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security groups
- Conduct regular backup of data to ensure data protection
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware or software procurement
- Provide technical support to employees for any IT-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN management
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: 1100$ per month
