Job Title: Sales Manager - Faisalabad


We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities
- Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (at least 5 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month plus attractive commission schemes based on individual performance.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad but may require occasional travel within Pakistan.
