Cashier (Contract Position) - La-Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco on a contract basis. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with friendly and efficient service
- Scan items and process payments using cash registers or other electronic devices
- Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and that any discounts or coupons are applied correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure the correct amount is present
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets to customers accurately
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or surpluses to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Fluent in English (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
