Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet all necessary requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans based on client needs and specifications
- Prepare drawings, models, and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or changes in design plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month with accommodation provided. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport.
