We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Kaunas. As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for our clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. This is a part-time position suitable for students or foreigners looking to gain experience in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals, medical history, and fitness level.
- Design customized workout plans based on clients' individual needs and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during training sessions to ensure proper form and technique.
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Educate clients about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.
- Keep track of client appointments, payments, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Ability to create effective workout plans for individuals with different fitness levels and goals.
- Passionate about health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with clients.
