Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings and structures. You will work with a team to ensure that facades are safe, functional, and visually appealing. This position requires a high level of technical expertise in facade construction and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform repairs and maintenance on facades, including cleaning, painting, and sealing
- Install new facade materials as needed
- Work with architects and engineers to develop plans for facade construction or repair projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while working at heights
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in facade construction is preferred
- Proven experience in facade construction or repair
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Strong understanding of safety procedures when working at heights
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good time management abilities
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, architects, engineers, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
