We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (e.g. retail, hospitality)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- High level of business acumen with a results-driven mindset

Salary: 1400$ monthly + commission
