Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation



We are in search of a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys and assessments, developing preservation plans, and overseeing the implementation of preservation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys and assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Develop detailed preservation plans that adhere to conservation principles and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of preservation projects
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement for preservation projects
- Monitor the progress of preservation projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure their successful completion within designated timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out according to conservation principles and standards
- Provide guidance and consultation on best practices for preserving historical buildings and structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of conservation principles, regulations, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
