Job Title: Construction Manager for International Projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of international construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work on high-profile projects in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction teams
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager on international projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Nepali language is a plus
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
