Indian Construction Manager in Al Ahmadi - Contract Position


We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects, from the initial planning phase to the final completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project plans are followed and any issues are resolved.
- Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and monitor their progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
