Factory Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our factory to ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being sent for further processing or packaging
- Keep accurate records of production data such as output, downtime, and waste

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic understanding of math and measurements
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month
Contract job with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Preference for Indian nationals or those with experience operating factory machines. Women are also encouraged to apply. No English proficiency required but basic understanding is preferred.
