Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. They should also have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals. This role is based in Kaunas, with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor sales performance data and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid work permit for Kaunas (own visa jobs)
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the Indian market or are fluent in an Indian language. This position is open to all genders. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
