Civil Engineer - Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in project management to join our team in the United States. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to budgeting and scheduling. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and design processes, including site visits, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
- Create detailed project schedules and budgets
- Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering with a focus on project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month without accommodation. Please note that this is not negotiable.
Location: United States (US)
Nationality: US citizens preferred. Non-US citizens must have a valid biometric passport.
