Part-Time Architectural Designer in Oslo


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings based on client requirements and specifications.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the design.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and up to code.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of designs.
- Present design concepts to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Oslo. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who do not live in the city.
