Junior Construction Manager (Alta, Norway)


We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior management in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management regarding project status, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Biometric passport or eligible for work permit in Norway.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract job with a duration of 1 year. There is potential for extension based on performance.

This position is based in Alta, Norway.
