Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Alta, seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction project
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Prepare contracts and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
