Handyman for Property Management

Our property management company in Bansko is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties in the city, ensuring that they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
- Fix any damages or malfunctions reported by tenants or property owners
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Coordinate with contractors for larger repairs or renovations
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bansko (Indian nationals preferred)
Language Requirement: Basic English (able to communicate with team members)
Work Permit Requirement: Must have a valid biometric passport for employment in Bulgaria.
