IT Manager - Los Angeles, CA (Contract)


Our consulting firm is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems and operations in Los Angeles, CA. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our processes. This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the security and reliability of our systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain budgets for IT expenditures
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity, and data management principles
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Previous experience in a consulting firm or similar environment
- Knowledge of cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary rate of $900 per week. Full-time employment may be offered based on performance.
