Entry-Level Information Security Analyst - Lisbon, Portugal



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security risks, implementing security protocols, and monitoring our systems for any vulnerabilities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity
- Investigate security incidents and provide solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and implement necessary measures to protect our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices
- Knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and network protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Basic understanding of risk assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
