Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry. You will be based in the United States and report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred:
- Experience working in a luxury hotel environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in a second language
