Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget projections
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed project designs
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project phases
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino speakers preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others
- Valid visa for working in Kuwait (visa sponsorship available)
- Willingness to work without accommodation provided
