As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of English speaking professionals in delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring all team members are meeting their targets and providing them with necessary support and training.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of English speaking professionals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Ensure all team members are meeting their targets and KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and services
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Create reports on team performance for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours if required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates.
