Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and customer service
- Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of Malayalam is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
