We are in search of an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Clairvaux. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating and executing menus, managing inventory and food costs, and leading and training the kitchen staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Proven track record of creating innovative and successful menus
- Able to manage inventory and maintain food costs within budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Develop creative menus that showcase traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing waste
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field
- Proven experience working as an Executive Chef in fine dining restaurants
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary: $1000 per month
