Project Manager (English speaking) for Clairvaux, Kenya



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, Kenya. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee project activities from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Lead project team meetings and delegate tasks accordingly
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Provide regular reports on project status to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects or with diverse teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- PMP certification

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
