We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta, USA. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact boundaries and locations of land, buildings, and other structures. You will also be responsible for interpreting survey data and preparing reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be legally allowed to work in the USA

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify property lines, boundaries, and other features of land using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Review historical records and maps to determine accurate locations for surveying activities
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients detailing survey results
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Travel to different job sites as needed
