We are a well-established clothing company in Eldoret, Kenya looking for a skilled Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment construction and alterations, as well as proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions
- Measure and cut fabrics according to pattern specifications
- Sew garments using industrial sewing machines and other tools
- Perform alterations and repairs on finished garments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with supervisors to ensure production deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Knowledge of garment construction techniques and alterations
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating fabric requirements
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing demands
