PHP Developer


We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Developer to join our fast-paced and innovative team in Svalbard. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using the latest technologies. You will work closely with our team to design and implement new features and functionalities while ensuring high performance and scalability of our websites.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and other related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features
- Write clean, well-documented code that is easy to maintain
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of our websites
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development
- Strong knowledge of web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Svalbard. This position does not come with accommodation; therefore we are looking for candidates who already have accommodation or are willing to find their own.
